Have you been noticing in blogs the new way to put emphasis on a statement without using bold or italics? It's to put a period after every word or few words and separate it from the rest of the text. For example:
Oh. My. God. Look. At that. Girl's. Butt.(Mucho props to Sir Mix-A-Lot for the line.) But you get my point. Is this a kid thing? Is the valley girl making a comeback? Did she ever go away? What do you think?
