Relative Panic

A co-worker brought up the idea of relative panic today. It seems that every point in your life, there is something to panic about. Almost always, when looking back, you realize how insignificant it was to panic. But, always, it seems that when in the present, there could be nothing worse. It always helps to think about how absurd it was to over react at the time, and try to apply that same thought to the current situation. Over reacting doesn't really get you anything anyways.
